Ashley Hughes-Jefferson is the CEO & Coach of Ashley Hughes-Jefferson Consulting LLC, also known as Software Savvy Queen. She is not only an IT Professional and Coach but also a passionate Advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Ashley’s expertise spans across Technology, Career, Business, and Finance, making her a versatile and highly skilled professional in her field.

With over 12 years of experience in Information Technology, Customer Service, and Operations, Ashley has honed her skills while working with prestigious organizations like Deloitte, the #1 Risk and Advisory Firm in the world. Her clientele comprises individuals seeking to embark on new career journeys, aspiring entrepreneurs, those looking to share their expertise through writing and speaking, and individuals in search of dedicated accountability partners.

Ashley’s career specialization lies in Information Technology, Operations, and Customer Service. Her consulting firm, Software Savvy Queen, is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their career, business goals.

In addition to her extensive experience, Ashley has completed an MBA in Information Technology Management program at WGU. Ashley holds a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, and an Associates of Applied Science in Computing and Information Technology with a Software Emphasis from the College of Southern Nevada. She is also a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, Fall 2021 cohort.

Ashley’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is exemplified by her completion of a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the University of South Florida, USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Her dedication to professional development is evident through her various IT certifications and her additional qualifications as an Entrepreneurship and Business Coach, Career Coaching and Career Development Coach among others.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ashley is dedicated to giving back to the community. She has volunteered with Junior Achievement and served as a Success Networking Teams Facilitator with the National Society of Leadership and Success – WGU Alumni Chapter in the past.

Originally hailing from Louisiana, Ashley now resides in Las Vegas, NV, with her husband and family. When she’s not immersed in her work, she enjoys continuous learning, indulging in her favorite television shows, spending quality time with her family, and exploring new travel destinations.
